WHERE DID ANXIETY GO?

Today, kids and GenZ are experiencing higher rates of anxiety and depression than any previous generations due to early access to technology, a disconnection from nature, and our educational system - one that prioritizes work and productivity over play and exploration. Unfortunately, the stigma around mental health prevents people from talking about it or seeking help. Not to mention, we are not given many options or resources outside of therapy or medication. What’s more is that books on the topic are rarely published in languages other than English, making them inaccessible to countless people. Emotional awareness is an important building block to living happy health adult lives. It’s time to create safe spaces to talk about mental health - ROKATURAS is committed to this through the publishing of books like Where Did Anxiety Go? - a children’s rhyme book helping kids learn how to relate (and ultimate overcome) anxiety.
