FESTIVAL DE LAS CALAVERAS
Squirrel Haus Arts, Minneapolis, MN
Festival de las Calaveras is organized by Tlalnepantla Arts: non-profit community arts group based in Minneapolis. The festival has gathered over 700 artists and thousands of Twin Cities’ community members over the years to celebrate ancestral remembrance through Latinx artistic expression centered on the traditional and contemporary indigenous Mexican Dia de los Muertos celebration. This year, I was invited to lead a Dia de los Muertos-themed coloring activity for youth. Come eat good food, bring your kids to color, and listen to live musica!

TWIN CITIES CON 2022
Minneapolis Convention Center, MN
Twin Cities Con is a celebration of comics, toys, TV, film, art, cosplay, games, and all things nerdy. It’s a 3-day event put on by Nerd Street and the largest con in Minnesota. I’m so stoked to be a part of it this year! You can find me at my ROKATURAS booth in the Artist Alley. I’ll be bringing new original art including, hand-drawn sketch cards. See you all there!

MERCADO LOCAL
Northfield Depot, MN
For the second year in a row, I’ll have a table at Mercado Local! Mercado Local is the first Hispanic indoor market in Northfield. It was put together by a small group of Latinx artesans (including yours truly) to bring you high quality, hand-made products. We will be at the Northfield Depot again this December. Stop by and support Latinx artists and entrepreneurs while you do your holiday shopping!
