Storm drains connect the hustle and bustle of city life with the serene nature of our local watershed. But how often do we think about that? In effort to maintain litter-free drains, I painted 5 murals around downtown Northfield, MN. The murals include important reminders about our river in multiple languages to represent all of the people who work, shop and fish downtown.
