Far too many kids struggle with anxiety and depression every day without proper support, a trusting adult or access to the right resources. Feeling is part of our shared human experience - we live in bodies that think and feel after all! But feelings shouldn’t be debilitating, like anxiety once was for me. In fact, I’ve learned that the ability to feel is our greatest superpower :)

ROKATURAS is an arts studio founded by Mexican artist, Rocky Casillas Aguirre, with a mission to help youth awaken to their infinite potential. Since 2020, the studio has been devoted to creating accessible (age appropriate, multilingual) mental health-based books, comics, and animations for kids and teens. Joining Rocky are Twitch (a curious flame) and Mystic Weenie (an ancient hotdog) - a wholesome duo teaching kids how to befriend their feelings, practice mindfulness, and live authentically.
